Refund policy

At LiquidationWatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most new, unused, and undamaged watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included. Watches that are worn, altered, customized (e.g., sized or engraved), or marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at LiquidationWatchesSD@gmail.com for authorization. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of 5% may apply to non-defective returns. We also offer exchanges or store credit upon request if the item is eligible and in stock.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, excluding any shipping charges. All new watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which includes a 1-year battery warranty—we gladly offer free battery replacements within that period, though shipping costs are not covered. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless specifically water-resistant), or normal wear and tear. If you suspect a defect or battery issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. For returns or battery service, package the watch securely and send it to the return address provided after authorization, along with your order details.
